  • To ensure all orders are packaged with care, we normally allow 1-2 days to process and ship out your order.
  • Please note shipping times may be affected by COVID-19 restrictions.
  • Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address as we are not responsible for the lost package due to the wrong shipping address. Please email us at immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
  • Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. 


  • Free express shipping applies to all Australia and International orders over $80


Please make sure to check the size and colour of the item before you make your purchase to ensure it is right for you as all sales are final.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund may be offered. 

What items are returnable?

  • Items that are in unused and resaleable condition
  • Items that are in the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are not returnable?

  • Items purchased from Sale section are not returnable
  • Exchanges or refunds for change of mind

    If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. 

    Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.
